Jacqueline Evans | PA-C, MPAS
Jackie is the PA & Owner at Restore Wellness. She obtained her Masters of Physician Assistant with Honors from Loma Linda University SAHP in 2018. Her aesthetics career began in May 2019 at Shape Medical, where she was the PA trained in facial assessment and treatment. This included injectables, cosmetic devices for skin tightening and volume decreasing, and lasers for hair removal and hyperpigmentation. By the end of 2019, she became the co-owner of True Wellness & Aesthetics. Within 2.5 years, she and her partner opened and grew a very successful aesthetic practice.
In 2022, Jackie decided to open Restore Wellness. Through her 2.5 years of co-owning and the amazing opportunities that arose from there, Jackie knew that she wanted to continue to grow. Training with aesthetic professionals such as Gideon Kwok and Francine Young, she is excited to share the expertise of PDO Threading. Jackie has a passion for rejuvenation and sharing her knowledge with all of her patients.
Jackie is currently working on becoming an aesthetics trainer, and she looks forwards to 1:1 trainings, hosted by Restore Wellness, for aspiring aesthetic professionals.

Christelle Labelle | Receptionist & Medical Assistant
Christelle is a passionate and dedicated staff working as the medical assistant and marketing manager at Restore Wellness, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy and Biology and is actively pursuing further education to enhance her professional growth and impact.
Her diverse background showcases her commitment to excellence in patient care and wellness. Christelle believes in the power of holistic health and actively engages in community initiatives that promote well-being.
Outside of her work at Restore Wellness, you’ll find Christelle enjoying her amazing community, exploring new destinations, participating in weekly beach run clubs, or unwinding in a trendy coffee shops. Her love for health and wellness embraces mindful living and healthy lifestyles.
Jade Abawag | Licensed Esthetician
Jade, our passionate and newly licensed esthetician at Restore Wellness! Jade has completed specialized training with Skinceuticals peels and skincare line. Additionally, she offers Hale and Hush, a skincare line specially formulated for those with the most sensitive skin, like those on chemotherapy. Jade is dedicated to helping her clients enhance their natural beauty and well-being.
Jade offers a variety of customized facials tailored to meet each client's unique needs, focusing on rejuvenation, hydration and relaxation. Her approach combines advanced techniques with nourishing products to ensure their skin looks radiant and feels revitalized.
In addition to her facial expertise, Jade is committed to ongoing education, having recently completed additional certifications outside her program curriculum. This dedication allows her to bring the latest innovations in skincare to every client.
Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Jade has a deep connection to our local community. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking the beautiful desert trails, and traveling to explore new cultures and landscapes.
